Cybercity Lovestory
Motion for FilmFor the series pilot Cybercity Lovestory, we developed the title sequence and visual identity as part of a Motion Design diploma project at Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg.
The story blends sci-fi, coming-of-age and virtual reality around a simple premise: Marsgirl meets earthboy in cyberspace.
We built the visual world around Elaine’s perspective — part biology nerd, part outsider in a highly controlled Martian society. In the title sequence, she transforms into a tiny organism and escapes into the vastness of space.
The project combines title design, animation, typography and brand development, including a custom Martian alphabet and a visual language that connects organic forms with the futuristic world of the series.
