The Current
Short FilmTHE CURRENT metaphorically portrays how a perfectionist creative with low self-esteem experiences criticism. During a constructive feedback session, a rabbit is examined like a contestant in a beauty show. One negative remark pulls it into a dark nightmare world, where a fluid creature torments it. Only the feedback giver’s concerned question breaks the spiral: the rabbit is back on its pedestal, unharmed, but frightened and breathing heavily. Back in reality, its emotional scars remain visible.
